After gaining approval from SEBI, Zepto is now planning to submit its UDRHP with SEBI in the coming days with an aim to launch the IPO by July 31.
If everything goes according to plan, Zepto will be the third quick-commerce company to list on the stock market after Eternal and Swiggy.
In December 2025, the SEBI approved the draft papers of Zepto to raise ?11,000 crore via an IPO, which was filed confidentially. The papers also suggested that the company is mainly looking to raise fresh funds for the company. However, the total issue size, price band, or valuation, and number of shares are yet to be announced by the company.
Founded in 2021 by Aadit Palicha and Kaivalya Vohra, Zepto has grown from a quick grocery delivery startup launched during the pandemic into a company preparing for an IPO in just five years.

- Instamart runs around 1,181 dark stores across 128 cities
- Zepto handles around 1.6 million daily orders
- Instamart handles about 1.2 million daily orders
Making Zepto a leader in the number of dark stores in India.
